Usually doll can be shipped within two months. Sometimes delay can happen during busy seasons.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
All Return/Exchange/Replacement requests may only be processed within 7 days from the date of signing for the package.
Only items that are defective or damaged are eligible for replacement or exchange.
Defective or damaged items will be replaced for the same item only.Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged : Used itemsItems for which more than 7 days have elapsed from date of signing. (This applies to both Damaged/Defective and Unwanted items). Items without a receipt or proof of purchase.
